Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to high order volumes.

  • Canada: 7–18 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Europe: 7–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take several days to update after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

As a dropshipping business, products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and at different times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Regain Fitness is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
